Asphalt, standing-seam metal, or cedar shake. We tear off the roof that failed and build the one your house needs, then clean the yard like the crew was never there.

01  ·  How a Specialty roof is built

A roof does not fail all at once. It gives up at the eaves, in the valleys, and around the flashing, the parts you cannot see from the driveway. We build every roof in layers, in the order that actually keeps South Dakota weather out.

01

Solid deck

We check and re-nail the deck before a single course goes down.

02

Ice and water shieldthe layer you never see

At the eaves and valleys, where snow melts, backs up, and works under the shingles.

03

Synthetic underlayment

Over the whole deck, so the roof is dried in before the surface goes on.

04

Shingle, metal, or shake

Architectural asphalt, standing-seam metal, or cedar shake, whichever fits the house.

05

Flashing and ridge

The details around chimneys, walls, and the ridge that decide whether it ever leaks.

What we roof

  • Asphalt and architectural shingles
  • Standing-seam and metal roofing
  • Cedar and wood shake roofing
  • Full tear-off and re-roof
  • Leak and storm repairs

02  ·  Real Sioux Falls roofs

Fifteen years of Sioux Falls roofs. Shingle, metal, residential, and commercial, all run by the same local crew.

A re-roof in progress up close: brown architectural shingles laid tight around a dormer, with a roofing gun and a shovel resting on the deck.
The same re-roof in progress, shingles laid course by course with the tools still on the deck.
